I know I'm about five years behind with this but lately I've been geeking out on Google Earth. I can't get enough of the patchwork patterns we've left over the earth. There's barely a untouched part, even islands in the farthest reaches have squares etched on the land. Here are a couple of photos of the more arid parts of Turkey, I'm obsessed with the sandy colours.
